We aim to resolve most complaints within 15 working days of receiving them. If your case is more complex and needs additional time, we will keep you updated on progress and let you know the revised timeframe.

The Energy Ombudsman can be used if a complaint has not been resolved after 8 weeks or if a deadlock has been reached. The Energy Ombudsman is impartial and free to use.
